Our Project Management Team will direct, coordinate, budget, scope, schedule and manage single or multi-discipline projects of any size to help customers, contractors and suppliers provide the Right Product, to the Right Place, at the Right Time, and delivered with the Right Experience.  We do this by managing, coordinating, and administering  a project from the proposal and conceptual stages through planning, engineering, procurement, construction, start-up and prime contract closeout by being ahead of issues and pro-actively managing the project, minimizing the overall cost to serve the customer while not sacrificing service levels.
We achieve this by….

  • Participating in weekly internal and external coordination meetings with contractors, engineers, suppliers and others as may be necessary.  Ability to create a material delivery schedule which will be synergized with the project construction schedule.
  • Developing a long lead (“not off the shelf”) list of materials and equipment as a critical path.
  • Managing the delivery schedule and critical path items providing regular updates on status and communication with various sales people
  • Managing all job closeout procedures.
